Contact the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) before you begin your project. In most cases, approval from the ARC is mandatory.

When Do You Need ARC Approval?
The ARC must review and approve plans if you're planning to change the exterior appearance of your property, including:
Painting your home a new color
Building a fence or privacy wall
Adding a storage shed or outbuilding
Installing a new deck or home addition
Major landscaping changes
Solar panel installation
Roofing material changes
Review Timeline
The ARC will review and respond to your request within these timeframes:
Minor Improvements: 1 week
Major Improvements or New Construction: 3-4 weeks
