This notice is to inform you that the Board of Directors will hold a Special Meeting on the date and time listed above. (Please note: This is NOT a Regular Board meeting or the Annual Meeting.)

MEETING AGENDA
The purpose of this Special Meeting is to address:

• Enforcement of Bylaws & Rules - Following the hearing on April 3, the Board will discuss the issues raised.

• Safety Committee Issues - The Board will review the proposed Wildfire Reduction Policy that was presented at our Annual Meeting on March 4.

Pursuant to Texas Property Code Sec. 209.0051, this is an open board meeting. However, the Board may move into Executive Session to discuss enforcement actions or seek legal advice.
